Diet Chart For Diabetic Patient : 1600 / 1800 Calories
Before Breakfast | Tea/Coffee or Milk without Cream = 1cup + 3-4 AARAWROT Biscuit or 1 glass Indian Horlicks (Sattu सत्तू) or Sprouted gram or Moong (अंकुरित चना और मूंग) 75 gram |
Breakfast (8-9 A.M) | @2-3 Chapati(रोटी) + Vegetable 1 bowl(सब्जी 1 कटोरी ) + chisel (छेना) 40gm or Curd 75 gram or 1 egg (exclude yellow part) @ 4 Idli Sambhar + 100ml milk or juice @ Flattened rice (चिवड़ा ) 100 gram + curd 100 gram (without Sugar) With all this breakfast you can take 1 cup tea |
11:30 A.M | Light Snacks + 100 gram Fruits or 100 ml Juice |
Lunch | 2-3 Chapati(रोटी) + 75 gm Boiled Rice/4 Chapati(रोटी) + Dal + Vegetable 1 bowl(सब्जी 1 कटोरी ) + Curd 1 Bowl(As pr choice) + Salad
1 piece meat(50 gram) 2-3 days in a week or Fish can be eaten Minimum Oil must be used |
5 P.M | 1 cup Tea/Coffee + 3-4 AARAWROT Biscuit with Sprouted gram or Moong (अंकुरित चना और मूंग)/1 Glass Juice(SweetLime/Orange)/ Fried Flattened Rice (चिवड़ा भुंजा) 75 gram |
Dinner | 3 Chapati(रोटी) + Vegetable + milk 200ml or chisel (छेना) + Salad 1 Plate or Non-Veg |
Night Before Sleep | 1 Glass Milk without Cream (Sugar Free Tablet atleast 4 per Day) |
Patient With Kidney Disease | Salt 05 gram/day , Protien 30gm/day, Water 1.5 litre/day |
Dry Fruits (As pr choice) | 4 Almonds (बादाम ), 2 Walnuts (अखरोट ), 4 cashews (काजू ), 2 Fig (इंजीर ) [Not More Than 50 gram] |
